| Al2O3-C shround(ZrO2-C compound for slag line), submerged entry nozzle (SEN) and monolithic stopper developed by LIRR is with high strength, good corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance. Shroud may be used directly without pre-heating due to its excellent thermal shock resistance, and it is warmly welcomed by the customers. SEN has good Al2O3 anticlogging ability without argon blowing which ensures smooth con-casting of high quality steel such as car steel, oil well steel and ship shell steel. Particularly, SEN for slab casting has reasonable materials composition and structural configuration design so it performs well in near net shape con-casting which ensures to form even and stable steel stream. |
